Tomorrow Oct. 26th will be a 2 hour delay for students. Staff reports at 8:00 for professional development. Also, Jostens will be visiting with seniors at 10:45 for cap and gown orders. The Hinton Area Foundation will also be visiting with seniors at 11:15 for scholarship opportunities. Jostens will be meeting with sophomores after lunch for class ring orders. Thank you.

Mrs. Smith maintains the technology needs of 754 students (57% of all Summers County students). She is the go-to tech guru for both students and staff. SCCHS is lucky to have her! Homecoming/Spirit week was an exciting (return to normalcy) for the Bobcats. The festivities included Spirit Bowl, grade level competitions, bonfire, parade, Homecoming Court, Crowning of Homecoming Queen Liv Meador, and concluded with a 54-7 win vs the Sherman Tide. Thank you to our amazing student body, student leaders, SCCHS staff, parents, football players, band members, cheerleaders, coaches, and summers county community for coming together for an amazing week. Special recognition to the city of Hinton, sheriffs department, fire department, Lawson Jones photography, and many more for making the bonfire/parade a success.
