Proclamation by Gov. Justice. Thursday, September 19 is WV Service Personnel Day. Thank you to all those who are the backbone of the school system. We appreciate the support for our students and staff. Thank a Secretary, Bus Driver, Cook, Aide, Custodian, and Maintenance staff.
All summers county busses will be approximately 25 minutes lates due a traffic incident on 14th Ave. This did not involve a summers county schools vehicle.
There has been a post of a threat on social media to high schools in West Virginia. We are working with the Sherriff's Department to provide precautionary steps to keep our schools safe.
